What does this typically cost?+
Most reps land somewhere between $25 and $75 a month once they are active. The light end is a few AI conversations and a couple of map sessions a day. The heavy end is constant AI work, prospecting research, and a fully live territory map. There is no per-seat charge inflating either end.
Does Anthric actually sign me into my portals?+
Yes. Dealer extranets, bid platforms, vendor dashboards, banks — when Anthric needs to fetch something from a portal, it signs in. Text codes land at your Anthric number, email codes land in your inbox, the 6-digit code from your authenticator app lives in your vault. Anthric reads them and types them in. CAPTCHAs and anti-bot tiers are handled. A small number of portals require a hardware security key on every sign-in — those still go to you, and the limitation is named up front. Other rep tools can’t read your text messages, can’t read your email, and can’t drive a real browser. Anthric does all three.
Why pay-as-you-go instead of per-seat?+
Per-seat pricing punishes light months and rewards waste. A rep on vacation still pays full freight; a rep grinding deals pays the same as the one who logged in twice. Usage-based pricing inverts that — you pay in proportion to the work the system did for you.
What if I barely use it in a month?+
On active subscriptions, there is a small monthly minimum of $20 to keep your account warm — your data, your custom tools, the always-on monitoring, and the morning briefings continue to run. If your usage exceeds $20 for the month, you only pay actual usage. If it falls below, the minimum applies. The first month of usage credits is unaffected.
What happens when I hit my monthly cap?+
New spend stops. Your account remains fully readable — you can still view your data, browse your territory, and read your briefings — but actions that would cost money are paused until the next cycle. If you turned on auto-raise, the cap bumps by your chosen amount and you keep working. Either way, no surprise overage.
Can I cancel any time? What happens to my data?+
Yes. There is no contract or notice period. When you cancel, your account drops to read-only — you keep access to everything you put in, and exports are always free. Pick it back up later and it’s right where you left it.
Is there a team plan or enterprise pricing?+
Not by design. Anthric is built for the individual operator — one person, one territory, one account. Teams of reps each run their own Anthric. There is no admin console, no shared workspace, and no seat-management overhead because there are no seats to manage.
How am I billed?+
Through Stripe, on a monthly cycle that starts the day you subscribe. Charges accrue against your card as you use the system, with a single statement at cycle close. You can view a live running total, a breakdown by service, and every individual charge inside Settings → Billing.
Is the trial really free? Do I need a credit card?+
Yes and no. You receive $25 in usage credits the moment you sign up — no credit card required. Use them at your pace. When the credits are gone, add a card to continue. If you don’t, your account drops to read-only and your data stays put.
